Who would have thought the weather would turn around from freezing to hot in just a week? During this past thanksgiving weekend, Jenny and Duncan enjoyed just that. It has been almost a year since we met and each time I meet them, you can just tell the love these two lovebirds share. Did I leave out how considerate and adventurous they are? They intentionally booked different places for our engagement and portrait sessions known I’ve never been to shot at those places. As a photographer, I’m always excited to be in new environments, looking at different lights and backgrounds.
I started the day at Jenny’s place while Rocky was covering the guys. I was greeted by joy and smiles when entered Jenny’s place. I also felt the light hearted joy from Duncan once he and his groomsmen arrived to go through the a series of door games challenges and performing tea ceremony. The day went very smoothly as the day progressed from their lovely Catholic ceremony, to our portrait session, to the banquet. The outstanding decor and elegant atmosphere, and the sequence of events throughout the night really showcase how these two really classy and detailed oriented. Also a huge thanks to Helen of Weddings by Design making sure everything goes as smoothly as it should and making the day very enjoyable.
Without further delays, I present to you some of my favourites photos from the day.
More photos to come on my Facebook page. For all the guests who participated in the photo booth, please drop as a note using the contact form and we can send you to the photo booth gallery once it is available.
Once again, congratulations to Jenny and Duncan, thank you for having me on your special day!
