Happy thanksgiving to all my Canadian friends, and today I would like to tell you
It has been almost a year since I’ve first met Hannah and Albert to talk about their big day. Since then, through our engagement session, many emails, and conversations, we’ve gotten to really know about each other so much more. After almost a decade of being together since high school, their wedding day finally arrived. I’m sure every guest and family member waited for so long and can agree that they are just so perfect for each other.
Side note, this happened about two months ago during one weeknight around midnight. A good friend texted me.
Friend: Dude I saw your blog, you’re photographing Hannah and Albert’s wedding?
Friend: I know them! You better do good!
Me: Are you kidding, of course I will!
With this conversation in mind, I know I can only contribute to their perfect day. The term “perfect” was used in different speeches and talks throughout the day. With Albert’s attention to detail, the day went perfectly to plan. There were no delays, no set backs.
The day started off at Hannah’s place with makeup, the traditional door games, and tea ceremony.
The wedding ceremony was held at TCMC. The ceremony was conducted by their own pastor, Pastor Chris.
After the ceremony, we headed off to Richmond Green for some photos. The cloudy day actually worked to our advantage, we had some soft even light for the session. Right after we left Richmond Green, rain started to drop.
The banquet was held at Riviera Parque with some awesome head table, and table decorations.
A special big thanks to my second shooter for the day, Rocky Choi
Hannah and Albert, thanks for letting me be a part of your big day and many warm wishes to your life long journey!
